My summary is about the story of a dead sailor. The man had died in 2009 from mesothelioma, a disease caused by asbestos. Asbestos is a chemical that was used in naval ships for plumming and wiring. The mans wife had been on a campaign to ban the mining of asbestos in Canada. Canada is the only western country to mine asbestos. So basically the mans wife wants to ban all of the harmful chemicals being sent to third world countries so that people don’t die from cancer like her husband.
